Good morning from Este! Mulberry leaf eater, milk maker, fertiliser production crew, bush fire risk reduction machine and all around adorable, affectionate friend. Este and Kiara (our two gorgeous British Alpine Dairy Goats) are essential partners in our property management systems.

Autumn has arrived here in Mudgeeraba and the Luffa’s are coming along beautifully. In fact they are so big they are breaking the bamboo poles. Over the next few weeks we’ll be harvesting, peeling and drying these guys in hopes of bringing you and your bun a favourite, new throw toy that is grown and prepared without chemicals.
